Design:
– Different from conventional conveyors, spiral conveyor systems are designed in the shape of a spiral, with a rather small inclination (<11º).
– Around the conveyor system is covered by a metal glass sheet that prevents corrosion, oxidation, and enhances the longevity of the product. The whole system is bent from top to bottom with the aim of keeping products from falling, while also saving workshop space. In general terms, spiral conveyors seem complicated, but in fact they are quite simple, easy to use.
– The system uses a modern inverter control panel, which is flexible to fix problems in the production process.
Structure:
● Conveyor frame: using C100-150mm, 30x60mm square, usually made from electrostatic painted iron or shaped aluminum and stainless steel.
● Roller system: straight roller tube Ø32-Ø168, cone roller tube Ø32- Ø168, roller made from: zinc, stainless steel, aluminum or plastic.
● Roller: made from galvanized iron, stainless steel or aluminum with super light weight, sturdy, and size usually Ø12- Ø25.
● Helical roller conveyor load capacity: depends on the size of the spiral roller.
