– The cake box packing machine can be operated in manual and automatic modes with simple control thanks to the push button system and touch screen HMI with Vietnamese/English interface.
– The machine stores the error history on the control screen which is easy to look up items and handle for the end user.
– The machine displays cake packing speed options on the screen for users to choose. The machine can be used for 2 cake models with different box sizes to help save investment costs and be flexible in production plans. Parameters are easily modified (within the allowable range of the machine) to help change according to actual production.
The machine runs automatically with the finished product rate up to 95%. Workers are only used for hand-loading bags of cakes and candies on conveyor belts and supplying boxes when the trays are empty.
The machine is solidly constructed, the main material is stainless steel to ensure food hygiene and safety according to the standards of the food and confectionery industry.
